Cancellations

If you wish to cancel, amend or reschedule your booking you must notify me within 7 days of your appointment, to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment you will incur a 50% cancellation fee which must be paid to ensure you can continue to book in for future treatments.

 

Deposits and refunds

Deposits can be transferred for rescheduled appointments only once, any further reschedules voids deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

• £10 deposit for all lash and henna brow appointments

• £50 deposit for microblading appointments

• £50 deposit for hair cut and colour appointments

• Hair extension appointments require you to pay for the cost of the hair upfront (discussed at consultation)

All deposits are to be paid by bank transfer referencing your name. Until the deposit is paid, your appointment is not confirmed.

Aftercare information

Aftercare will provided on the day of your appointment and must be followed to ensure longevity of your treatment.
